BPT Security Systems (UK) Ltd. has launched the Mitho colour, touch screen monitor which brings together video door entry and true home automation in one highly compact, minimalist unit.

Mitho is available with either an integrated handset that can also be used hand free, with a sleek touch screen measuring 4.3" or as Mitho XL with a larger 7" screen. The screen can not only be used as a feature rich video monitor for door entry with visitor voice messaging and video digital zoom facility, but can also control all the functions within the home, such as room temperature, lighting, energy efficiency control, shutter and awning automation and intruder alarm system. In fact, Mitho is so versatile it can control anything electrical.

Mitho is easy to install and even easier to use with its friendly navigation and colour associated functions. Scenario settings are also simple to set up, allowing the user to programme 'exit' settings, 'bedtime' settings etc which are activated in one easy step on the Mitho screen.
